Sound design is a very complex topic that requires skills and proper tools. By collaborating closely with my target group, I was able to create a digital interface that makes sound design intuitive and easy to prototype with.
Masters thesis, academic project with a professor from Delft University of Technology as a client.
A research project exploring the metaphor of conversational agents (Artificial Intelligence) as living organisms. The results of the research were published in a paper and presented at Dutch Design Week (2022).
Academic project at Delft University of Technology
This product was designed with a big emphasis on interaction research. Users were involved in every step of the design process, ensuring a solution that felt intuitive, effective and understanding. Throughout this project I have used a big variety of design research methods which helped me to finetune my skills and grow as a design researcher.

This is one of the few physical products I have created. I challenged myself by trying to create an interactive lighting object without the use of coding or sensors. This project was also a great opportunity to dive into sustainable materials and circular design systems.
